Hello, I am a soldier of the Nachal Charedi brigade; and I would like to share something very important with you. This past Friday I went to the place I love to go most, the Kotel. Upon my arrival a very disturbing thing welcomed me. The Israeli general who was in charge of the withdrawal went to the Kotel for davaning, when he got there people surrounded him and began to push him; the police came to his help and brought him to the back and put him in the security building. the building was surrounded by people pushing and shouting. After a few minutes more police got there and I saw a fight break out and the withdrew their sticks and the last I saw, one officer struck a young man with his stick. Something inside of me snapped, the pain was to much to bare. So I ran to the wall and wept like a little child for a little while when I stoped crying I turned to look back, and there was a settler Jew who said to me "achi nirali sheyaish yehudi shetzarich chibuck" (brother it seams to me that there is a Jew who needs a hug) and he embraced me and we cried together and he told me he feels my pain and that I have to be strong. Afterwords I looked at him thought to myself how this is the reason why we will come out strong and overcome our challenges cause of people like him! I than wished him good Shabbos and left the Kotel, my mind however was so mixed up I felt so many things at the same time, i felt torn at the sight of grown religious men who one second are praying to g=d and the next second acting like a bunch of animals to A JEW going to pray to the exact same g=d as them. I felt angry of the sight of a Jew hitting another Jew, how could people let the anger fuel inside of them? It was such a terrible thing that Gush Qatif was given away I think if g=d decided to let that happen maybe it was a message to us, surely not a message of hate your fellow Jew, i just don't think that's what he wanted. Anyways I continued on out of the Kotel and I felt the need for some wise advice from someone so I went to the house of this rabbi I know in the old city. When I got to his house I couldn't bring myself to go in and ruin his meal so I left, five minutes later as i was walking up the steps by the Rova who do I bump into? This Rabbi whose house i went to earlier, I saw him and broke down and asked him why people are so silly as to let this happen to further separate the Jewish nation? What was the purpose of them acting like that? It just fuels both sides anger and continues the endless cycle of hate and "sinus chinum" that will never end until we break this cycle. He told me that the people were feeling allot of anger about the whole withdrawal and instead of pointing the finger at ourselves we point it at this general and that prime minister, because it is allot easier than pointing at ourselves and saying maybe there is something we need to do to strengthen this nation maybe our love for a fellow Jew is not strong enough! The point of this letter basically is to let you all in a little secret; we aren't getting any-were with this hate, the gift of this state of Israel is the biggest present g=d has given us since the second bet hamikdash! and instead of taking advantage of that we are turning our heads and not doing enough to love your fellow Jew, every Jew. because when we are all separated we are weak and we need to unite every Jew and accept then with open arms be he or her chasidik, misnagid, dati, chiloni, punk rock star. Open your eyes and see how this cycle of hatred only setts us back, let us all stand up and break share the beauty g=d has given us so we can unite one strong nation and ultimately bring the meshiach to a world filled with love! I know it sounds ridiculous that we can make a difference but we can one Jew at a time.
So please share this with as many people as you can with this letter or with your own words, let people know that they can make a difference, share the wealth!

I can’t imagine this is so bad. That we’re so relaxed to wear flip flops in the White House It just shows that we’re evolving in some sort of way. Being more comfortable with our government it’s not like it’s a Synagogue or church. Hey it’s better than naked protests on the lawn on the White House… Isn’t that what our parents were doing? Those Chicks looks cute in there little sun dresses. Hey, give us a break it was a hot summer.
Maybe it’s a good thing.

Reflections from an empty mind.

So, once again it’s Yom Kippur. A time of atonement, a time to reflect figure out what I’m doing, why, and where to go from here on in… How can I fix my wrongs to better myself, make it all alright. For I am a soldier in the army of Hashem a servant unto him. The holy of holy is our G-d and master of the universe. Allowing me to continue on in the great world of his in such a severe time in the universe. With earth quakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, mudslides, floods ravaging. And yet I am still here. Whole, and unharmed.

Thank you Hashem for letting me continue on another day. Thank you for making me aware that I do serve a function here and now. Perhaps if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be here today.

Arabs Occupy Rebbitzen’s Gravesite

The Jewish community in Hebron was shocked to discover on Tuesday that Arabs have erected caravans on Jewish-owned land next to Hebron’s ancient Jewish cemetery, where Rebbitzen Menucha Rochel’s gravesite is located. Although this piece of land belongs to the Jewish community, the IDF did not include it within the security fence that it put up around the cemetery. The Arabs intend to open a school on the site.

It is believed that several Jewish graves are located on the land, since it used to be part of the cemetery. Close by are the graves of Rabbi Shimon Menashe Chaikin and Rabbi Moshe Meshel Gelbstein.

When the director of the Hebron municipal committee, Avraham Ben Yosef, contacted Hebron’s civil administration, he was told that “this is Arab territory, and the Hebron municipality has approved construction at the site.”

Okay, so I had this customer come in today and ask if we have a something in stock. I tell him I think so. Go check. Find what he’s looking for. (I hoped)
Well he asks several times. I tell him with the utmost confidence I can stir up (being that I’m not 100% of this and I definitely wouldn’t bet the farm) noticing his hot little sports car outside. I tell him if it’s not right. Come back and it will be on me.
Se he reiterates with how about lunch will be on you…

Hum… so I very nicely “tell him like it is…” “I don’t eat lunch.” -I don’t know what I was thinking. I wasn’t a hot man with a flashy car that’s quick and flirtatious… what more can I ask for on this boring Monday morning??? Oh yea, a circumcision.
Anywho. After making a fool of myself, and explaining what I meant by “I don’t eat lunch”. He walks out… I continue to look long enough to catch him looking back at me with a “yea, I know I’m hot” grin.
Busted.

So let us all take a moment to say a prayer and hope he I gave him the right part.

Viva la Ruckus!!

I seem to... well, pervious to this morning: I had fallen asleep at the keyboard. It’s been a little while since I wrote anything worth reading. Or even wrote anything at all. I’m not sure what to call it. But I’ve been having fun; I feel like I could be sharing the fun. But it all happens too quickly. I have to learn how to take what I’ve learned and apply it to lessons in life. Cause everyday something happens and I just can’t explain it. But it’s a great feeling when you know you’re alive and not just living.

That will be my quote of the day. It’s a great feeling to know your living and not just alive!!

Apology from a tree hugging hippie who showers and irons her hair.

I haven’t been much for an updated blog lately. I feel like there isn’t much to write about that wouldn’t depress anyone. There’s so much chaos in the world right now. People are dealing with so much tragedy, disaster and sickness right now. It’s hard to really focus on anything much right now.

Plus, the few comments I’ve gotten lately were from spammers anyway..

So here’s something I wanted to think a about out loud.
This past shabbos I learned how much I have grown, this past summer alone. I’m doing well. I feel good. I know good people, I’ve seen some of the most amazing things my eyes could have ever captured and I do good things. I am “good people” I’m aware of who I am. What I’ve done in the past and where I stand on a lot of issues. Things I didn’t even know, I didn’t know. I feel like, if it’s possible at all I know right from wrong.

I did all this hanging out with new people. Not per say that all of them are on such a high madragah, I’m not putting anyone on a pedestal. I can just acknowledge the things they have taught me regardless of weather they wanted to or not. I will say. When someone is doing something you don’t respect, think of it this way.. why does that bother me? What about me is it, that makes this so uncomfortable…? this past weekend; I didn’t do that. I should have. I just judged. I shouldn’t have and I realize that now. So to a name in the obis, a person whom will never be reading this.. I am sorry. You are unaware I had judged you. I had no right. it was wrong of me.

Dear Pastor Vineyard,

The evacuation from Gaza was a terrible tragedy that uprooted thousands of Jews from their homes.

Hurricane Katrina is a terrible tragedy that has uprooted thousands, if not millions, of Americans.

Could it be possible, Pastor, that the Lord has judged America, measure for measure, for pressuring Israel to evacuate Jews from the Promised Land?

In the merit of all the good, God fearing Americas who opposed the evil disengagement plan, may America be spared from further tragedy. May our government realize the error of its ways and desist from pressuring Israel to make any further concessions to terror.

Call me odd, call me insane…. It’s all good. I don’t care.
I love tracking hurricanes!! I’m am sorry for the people who have to deal with them… but I would love to be there right now. In a safe place, but there, in the eye of the storm. definitely not here. but somewhere in the area. Who makes an evacuation site that has been known to be unstable??? Geniuses.
