One last post for the morning..

Viva la Ruckus!!

I seem to... well, pervious to this morning: I had fallen asleep at the keyboard. It’s been a little while since I wrote anything worth reading. Or even wrote anything at all. I’m not sure what to call it. But I’ve been having fun; I feel like I could be sharing the fun. But it all happens too quickly. I have to learn how to take what I’ve learned and apply it to lessons in life. Cause everyday something happens and I just can’t explain it. But it’s a great feeling when you know you’re alive and not just living.

That will be my quote of the day. It’s a great feeling to know your living and not just alive!!

Maybe I'll have something to say after bluegrass tonight..

That’s all folks!!

Matisyahu in stuff magizine???

There's a really cute caption you cant see over his head. Say's "Challah Back!!"

So I took my new copy of Stuff magazine to my neighbors cause it comes to my house and I have no use for it.
While my friend is looking at it he’s like yo, girl… your not gonna believe this. He’s like Matisyahu is in here… to my shock and amazement I look over…

He was really there. Stuff Magazine did a shout out to Matisyahu. Go figure?!

Help I've fallen & I can’t get up!!

So yesterday I had accident number 2 with my bike. This time the scars are gonna be much cooler!! –I know. I’m a dork. Get over it! I have...

Apology from a tree hugging hippie who showers and irons her hair.

I haven’t been much for an updated blog lately. I feel like there isn’t much to write about that wouldn’t depress anyone. There’s so much chaos in the world right now. People are dealing with so much tragedy, disaster and sickness right now. It’s hard to really focus on anything much right now.

Plus, the few comments I’ve gotten lately were from spammers anyway..

So here’s something I wanted to think a about out loud.
This past shabbos I learned how much I have grown, this past summer alone. I’m doing well. I feel good. I know good people, I’ve seen some of the most amazing things my eyes could have ever captured and I do good things. I am “good people” I’m aware of who I am. What I’ve done in the past and where I stand on a lot of issues. Things I didn’t even know, I didn’t know. I feel like, if it’s possible at all I know right from wrong.

I did all this hanging out with new people. Not per say that all of them are on such a high madragah, I’m not putting anyone on a pedestal. I can just acknowledge the things they have taught me regardless of weather they wanted to or not. I will say. When someone is doing something you don’t respect, think of it this way.. why does that bother me? What about me is it, that makes this so uncomfortable…? this past weekend; I didn’t do that. I should have. I just judged. I shouldn’t have and I realize that now. So to a name in the obis, a person whom will never be reading this.. I am sorry. You are unaware I had judged you. I had no right. it was wrong of me.

Terror Tax on Stoners
Drug Dealers Avoid Subways, Take Taxis

Bag searches are costing New Yorkers more than just time. With the police declaring they’ll arrest subway riders if they find anything non-explosive but still illegal, the price of drug deliveries is rising. Nervous purveyors are pressing along the cost of taxis to customers.
“My dealer won’t take the train anymore” complains Wiley, a 30 year old marketing executive and avid pot smoker. “He charged me an extra $12 for his cab fare today. It’s ridiculous.” Call it the anti terror tax. “If the runners got to give a little extra, you’re gonna give a little extra” says Flower a grandmother and coke dealer who runs her business from a bar beneath her Lower East Side apartment (and says her clients before the crackdown included a network-news executive). She pauses on her bar stool. “Otherwise, come down here and get it yourself.”

Note: Pastor Jim Vineyard is one of the most vocal American opponents of the disengagement from Gaza. He leads a large flock based in Oklahoma.

Dear Pastor Vineyard,

The evacuation from Gaza was a terrible tragedy that uprooted thousands of Jews from their homes.

Hurricane Katrina is a terrible tragedy that has uprooted thousands, if not millions, of Americans.

Could it be possible, Pastor, that the Lord has judged America, measure for measure, for pressuring Israel to evacuate Jews from the Promised Land?

In the merit of all the good, God fearing Americas who opposed the evil disengagement plan, may America be spared from further tragedy. May our government realize the error of its ways and desist from pressuring Israel to make any further concessions to terror.

With Blessings,
Michael Wagner

Katrina's losing her fight..

Call me odd, call me insane…. It’s all good. I don’t care.
I love tracking hurricanes!! I’m am sorry for the people who have to deal with them… but I would love to be there right now. In a safe place, but there, in the eye of the storm. definitely not here. but somewhere in the area. Who makes an evacuation site that has been known to be unstable??? Geniuses.

From north to south about 1,000 miles of pure destruction.

So if you have as strong an interest as I do you can check out these cool sites.

Passing it Along...

Okay. I've been tagged by I assume that means I’m making friends. Yea me.

The Rules: List five songs that you are currently digging - it doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying right now. Post these instructions and the five songs (with artist) in your blog. Then tag five people to see what they're listening to.

Okay, so here are my five songs: (thou I readlly feel its unfair to the rest of the music I’m listening to right now.)

Lost Neshamas....

What about the cemetery’s?

Moshe Predicted the Disengagement..?

So, I had a whole post that I will have to revise later. My boss is an over grown child who erased it.I will have to fix it all later. But I wanted to get my point out before the end of the day.

I want you all to stop and put aside the politics for a minute. Stop, and remember the torah. We try and follow all the Mitzvots.. We possibly can.

This week’s Parsha is Va'etchanan. Very appropriate.

Moshe, repeats the 10 commandments. The beginning of Shema is recited.
And we are being prepared to enter Israel… our first time. This is the very parsha that states this land is our land. One interesting thing I happened to learn about last night was when living in a city surrounded by your enemies you’re not allowed to talk to them about business, politics, the weather, or as it happens to mentions the land.
(I'm still researching the source for this.)

Moshe Predicts the Exile..

When you shall beget children, and children's children, and you shall have remained long in the land, and shall deal corruptly, and make a carved idol, the likeness of anything, and shall do evil in the sight of G-d your G-d, to provoke him to anger:
I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that you shall soon utterly perish from off the land into which you go over the Jordan to possess it; you shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.
And G-d will scatter you among the nations, and you shall be left few in number among the nations, where G-d shall lead you. And there you shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.
And from there you will seek G-d your G-d, and you will find Him, for you will seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
When you are in distress, and all these things are come upon you, in the latter days, you will return to G-d your G-d, and you will hearken to His voice.
For G-d your G-d is a merciful G-d; He will not forsake you, nor will He destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.

I think its interesting how maybe; we should feel we were being prepared for this. I will work on this later. While you wait for more Take a look at this weeks Parsha.

My head...

This is kind of all over the place. But I want to share a lot of thoughts baised on comments and conversations I had over the day:

I realize my comparing Gaza to Nazi Germany is a bit drastic. I’m not oblivious to that. It’s just such a scary reminder to me how easy it is for a rival to reposition us out of the way. Like a game of chess. The people there are being force out of there homes. Were talking about Homes, Schools, Shuls, and community’s they have built up and have been living in. it’s not like the Arabs built those houses and they ant them back. They just decided WE WANT THIS LAND.
So, to avoid more senseless terrorist attacks we’re just goanna give it to them. Yea. That ’ell stop em from blowing themselves up on our busses.
What kind of nonsense is this??

It’s very easy to turn your back and say “the government is compensating them”. But the issue is being told to leave. Mamish being kicked out of there homes and relocated. How would you feel? We’re all visitors here in the US.. This is not our home. That is. And piece by piece. It’s being taken away. You give a little and they want a lot… the worst part is they now know, they can get it!!

I just can’t comprehend how America’s can be behind this. How CNN can be slandering “the settlers” I thought we don’t give in to terrorists negations. That’s simply what’s going on here. This isn’t the peace process. It’s a pieces process. One piece at a time for the terrorists. These are there children.

Enough said.

And that is my land. Living in America doesn’t change the fact that I am a Jew. Today I mourn. And I think we will be adding this to the calendar as another day we fast.

Something I recently leaned:

Something I recently learned from a shur Shlomo Carlbach gave says. If a stranger were to step on your toe you would be angry, but if someone you loved did it, it hurts you so much more. Cause you love them.. Not reacting to this is supposed to be the best way to deal with it. Because by getting angry you would be bringing the negative energy down into this world; he says to walk away. The love is so intense that in order to keep balance in the world. You would have to fill your heart with that much negativity in order to balance out the love. So the only thing you can do is to walk away and forget it.

How does one do that from this view?

I always say hate is a strong word.
You couldn’t hate anything because you have to love it in order to hate it. It has to own that little piece of emotion in your heart. There for its not possible to hate.

How do I not hate the people who did this?

I Mamish Cant Deal...

I can’t do it anymore. I cant see the pictures.. I don’t want to watch the news... I Manmish cant. I just, I don’t know where to divert my attention anymore. I’m losing it. It’s not even right to say it makes me want to cry. I have.

In my head all I can see is Nazi Germany, where Jews are being evicted from there homes and dragged away.. Only so that their enemies.. The very people who devote there life’s to killing us!! These are the people were being evicted for? So that they can move in. to give there an ocean view and bring in more weapons by the boat load..?!!?
What is this alternate universe do I live in? I wish there was something I could do. Something more than just an orange wrist band…

Abishter please…please.. Help us please. Hashem Yirachem…. Make it stop.

Yeay!!!!!

My project at work is finished!!
Soon soon I will be back to rainny blogging days.. :)

Do Guys Think?

I officially decided I know the answer. For a few weeks now I’ve been trying to get in to this guys head. He wants me, he don’t want me. He makes sure to get me alone when we're hanging out… confides in me. Tells me secrets, personally I could have lived with out.

The point is. I had no idea what was going on for the last few weeks. Now this past week I figured it all out. There’s no more guessing involved. This is 100% with out a doubt the only answer. And this is my final answer!!

I HAVE NO EFFING CLUE!!

Who the hell allowed guys to think for themselves in the first place? This shouldn’t be allowed!! If men are allowed to vote on women’s issues, we should be allowed to vote on there’s.
So from today forward; I’m starting a petition. A revolution in the world, if I may call it. To take the right away from man, to be allowed to think on his own. He doesn’t know what he wants anyway!!

Do you know how hard there’s games are?
Why do men say we are the master of games?
Woman are always playing with guys heads… bah bah… whine whine… that’s all they do! Well now’s my turn to bitch and moan. Don’t give me personal attention; don’t tell me to come away with you. If your not going to ask me out or at least make a pass at me. Something anything, just some sort of sign that your interested. Please!? Is that asking too much?? Did that little mouse fall off the wheel? is it no longer spining?! Ahh... so annoying.
